My recent stay at the Imperial Hunter was a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious, with a big and clean washroom. I was able to cook my own meals with the convenient stove top elements provided. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were top-notch. It was definitely the best value for my money compared to other places I've stayed in Canada. Despite the older building, the room did not smell like cigarette smoke as advertised. I highly recommend this budget accommodation.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of a small town, close to shops and restaurants. the renovated guest rooms have excellent air conditioning/heating units and basic but comfortable furnishings. the bathrooms are spacious and the beds are reasonably comfy. Some rooms even have a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker for added convenience. the towels in the bathroom are of good quality and the TV's are small flat screens. the hotel offers good value for the price.
Some guests have reported issues with cleanliness, such as sticky spots on the carpet and dark spots.

The room was surprisingly spacious and had a large bathroom. It even had two stove top elements, perfect for cooking if you prefer to dine in. the bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were excellent. the best part was the value for money, as the price was incredibly affordable compared to other hotels. Definitely one of the best deals I've come across in years.
The location of the hotel was a bit out of the way, a few blocks from downtown. the building itself was older, but don't let that fool you as the rooms were well-maintained.

The rooms at this hotel were recently renovated and had excellent air conditioning/heating units. The furnishing were basic, but there were some great amenities like a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. The bathroom was large and the bed was very comfortable. The towels provided were of high quality. The location was also a major advantage, right in the center of town and at a much lower cost compared to other accommodations in the area.
One major downside was the noise level in some of the rooms. It's important to ask for a room facing the streets instead of the back, where you might be disturbed by frequent loud trains during the night.

Imperial Hunter truly exceeded my expectations on this honeymoon trip.
